Epson 1390 Driver Windows 10 Update
For anybody who is still having this issue, I think I've figured out how to get the Epson Stylus Photo RX620 (M) printer to work on Windows 10. I just tried printing something today and found out my printer wasn't working on Windows 10 but have since successfully got it working and here is what I did:
1. Open Devices and Printers
2. Click on 'Add a printer'
3. For me, my printer wasn't found so I clicked on 'The printer I want isn't listed' Generac generator error code 1900.
4. Select 'Add a local printer with manual settings' and click next

5. Under 'Use an existing port' select which port you are using (for me it was 'USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB') and click next
6. Choose your manufacturer (Epson) and your printer model [Epson Stylus Photo RX620 (M)] and click next
7. Select 'Use the driver that is currently installed (recommended)' and click next
8 and 9. Choose your printer name and then select whether or not you want to share your printer.
10. Select if you want to make the printer your default and you have the option to print a test page to see if it connected properly.
When given the option to print a test page, I was able to print something. I also tried printing some files from my computer and it worked fine. Since this worked of me, just thought I would post something as an option for other people to try and maybe it'll get their printers working properly as it did for me. :)
